No, there is no appointment required.

To keep our Lab Staff safe, we do not allow patrons inside of our building. We have conveniently set up a drive up at the back of our building. Once you have located the glass garage door, honk your horn and a clinician will come out and swab you in the comfort of your car.

Yes, you can use your results for travel.

Requirements vary by destination. It is up to you to select the proper date to get tested with enough time to get a valid result. Your test type and turnaround time will be clearly explained at your appointment, but feel free to call our lab with any questions.

No, there is no minimum age for a COVID test.

Yes, we accept insurance with a physician’s order. Your physician can fax the order to (513) 860-0373

We charge $100 and accept cash and credit.
